"The staff at Elkira Court are this motel's best asset. Room was adequate, but appears to be halfway through being renovated - however the spaciousness of the room, bathroom and balcony made up for this. A tree outside the balcony door made the room feel lovely and private. I felt secure during my 7 day stay. Thanks, Elkira"

"When we checked in at the front desk, the girl was very friendly and helpful. She explained about the facilities available, and the dining options at the Longboat Tavern. Then we went to our room (13) and was able to park just outside our room. The inside of the room didn't look like the photos on the website. The arrangement of the couch in the photos gave the appearance that the room was actually bigger than reality. Still, there was just enough floor space to allow us to keep our 2 suitcases...

"I reckon every time house keeping comes in they should replace towels and sheets , as we stayed for more then 3 nights and noticed the first time they came in they used the same sheets. We knew it was the same sheets because we took them off the first night and left it on the floor and we came back and noticed the same sheets were on the bed. Besides that we enjoyed our stay staff were very friendly and welcoming, Will definitely be back in the future. "

"A really well situated property close to Peterson House which was our meeting point for our hot air balloon ride at 5am in the morning. Comfy beds, beautiful spa bath and clean apartment but a little outdated. It needs a good touch up especially the furniture in the loungeroom. Pool area also very nice and we were close to Harrigans pub and restaurant. "

"POSITIVES: Leo the manager going w/ me from room to room trying to find a clean one & one where the air-con wasn’t rattling. Some improvements w/ the lighting…Sheets & towels seemed to be clean. NEGATIVES: Levi, who’s being trained to attend the front desk, giggled when I arrived & asked him whether the room had been vacuumed as I had requested (on this occasion & previously). He said: “Yeah, it’s pretty clean”. Explained to him the importance of working in hospitality & the expectations guests...
