We asked the front desk about breakfast and all he said was we'll probably find something open in Damariscotta, way back by Route 1. The hotel could have supplied bagels, donuts, etc. on Tuesdays knowing the restaurant nearby was closed. We did find a diner on our way to Damariscotta but it was...

"Quintessential Maine harbor hotel. Picturesque harbor views with convenient Walking bridge to town. We had a balcony view of town and harbor. Only a one night stay, but it won’t be our last visit!"

"The front desk day staff was much more helpful. The evening staff (younger girl) wasn’t as friendly or helpful. The location was perfect. We would DEFINITELY stay again."

"Beautiful place to stay with spectacular views. We stayed in a dog friendly cabin and loved walking the trails. Heated pool was very enjoyable. Great food and bar with a very friendly and helpful staff. Lot’s of things to do with the available boats, paddle boards and games. Trolley to the downtown was fun to use. Hope to return next year."
