"Everything about check-in and the actual stay was really nice. I really appreciate the going green program and the fact that they reward clients with a voucher to use in their restaurants is a nice bonus. Something that would be even nicer is if you could use it with room service. One recommendation is doors. Staying in the smaller room meant sleeping close to the door and being able to hear other people entering and exiting their rooms = doors are loud. Also a lack of door on the bathroom and the lack of a shower door meant that the shower itself was cooler than it needed to be. Seems like a small thing to be able to add so consider it for the future please"

"We really liked this room, liked the river view. Didn't like the check in process, it felt impersonal and odd. Without a proper front desk it was strange. We got pretty sick and tired of hearing doors constantly slamming by the last night we were there. They honestly need to find a way to put soft close hinges on these doors because it's brutal. The room was clean, temperature was great, tv was great, beds were mediocre. The pillows are awful so pack your own pillow. My half of the bed was OK but the other half needed replacing. (they put two singles side by side). All and all though, we would stay here again and it's a great location to walk over the bridge and check out all the sights."
