"The Inn had a great location - good view of the Harbour, close to sites but not too close. Our first room (211) was great - king, lots of hot water for shower. Our second room (209) was OK but it did not have a desk and only tepid water. Breakfast was good. The evening desk person was very friendly"

"The bed was comfortable, and clean. The bathroom could have been cleaner as there was hair left in the shower, but was otherwise OK. The door was difficult to close, and when we left we would need to check the door to ensure it was locked. Staff was kind and efficient."

"The staff went over and above and were absolutely wonderful but the rooms weren’t what you’d expect in a hotel like that. The lobby was so stunning that we were slightly underwhelmed by the rooms. Only true downfall is the jets weren’t working in the hot tub!"
