"An unexpected and delightful last minute stay at the Langham was the result of a much anticipated but disastrous VRBO beach house booking. Grateful for a wonderful in every way stay. The sunrise seen from our ocean view room was spectacular and started our day just right. I love the balcony. "

"Room smelled like cigarettes when we checked in. It was so strong and honestly made you want to throw up. We called the front desk as we could barely breathe in the room. They came up and confirmed how bad it was but sad they didn’t have another room to move us to. There wasn’t even a window in the room to air it out so we had to stay in the room coughing on the smell of cigarette all night. Honestly makes me question how much attention they give to housekeeping if someone “cleaned” that room...

"The Darling is a beautiful and luxurious hotel.
We had a wonderful experience here that began with the lovely lady at check in who was so nice, polite. friendly and extremely helpful.
We were celebrating my husband's 60th Birthday and had booked a beautiful Stellar Suite for 2 nights.
As we opened the door to our room, to our surprise, we realised that we had been upgraded to one of the amazing Penthouse suites!!

"I have stayed here several times over the years and every time the quality of the apartments seem to fade away.
This time during our 5 night stay my family were attacked for what we believe were bed bugs or something. We were bitten all over and thought it was something else but every night in bed we would feel a reaction and have bites all over us.
We checked the place and found little bugs all in the couch and on the bed.
We were then moved to another room level 35 hoping for a better...
