"Nice experience booking a last minute stay that’s close to CLE airport. I arrived rather late anr night and was welcomed warmly by front desk staff and told to let them know if I needed anything. "The hotel is passable, but it's been "rode hard and put away wet", for lack of a better description. Halls and our room smelled like old smoke, rust stains on the tub and leaking faucet, a couple odd spots on the sheets, and the breakfast can hardly be called such. For the price and judging by the pics, I expected something a little better."

"The room i had was fairly decent. I was really surprised since the exterior and landscaping is in terrible shape. I honestly think their prices are to high there though because it looks slummy. I was also conversing with others staying there and they said I got 1 of the better rooms. Plus they also charge you $20 a night for a pet, which is not stated on their website so just an FYI. Would I stay there again? Prob not since it sounds like I got lucky. Everything in the room was clean."

"The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly friendly and lovely to speak with as he checked me and my sibling in. I will say that I wish the sheets/blankets for the pullout bed had been cleaner. There were still stains that could have been cleaned better (ie a blood stain) but I had a blanket I brought with me so it wasn’t that big of a deal. Other than that it everything else was great."

"Clean rooms/ facility. Pet friendly. Staff were nice. Nice area close to food, gas stations, shopping. My only two complaints are not enough parking, so if you find a spot, try not to leave and the walls are thin. You hear people stomping and dropping stuff upstairs, people in and out slamming their room doors all night long"

"The room was NOT clean. There were bottles and random items under the bed from previous guests; there was a used towel hanging to dry in the bathroom; the bath mat was visibility dirty while folded over the tub; the tub was dirty; there was stains in the duvet....
It was in a safe neighborhood and near a lot shopping. I am sorely disappointed."
