Hotel dekat Broccrado Lake

"This property is what you expect from an IHG Holiday Inn Express. The amenity of laundry services and outdoor seating areas help it feel like a community. Breakfast was great. Our bathroom, specifically the shower, could have been more clean (mold, etc.). The front desk staff, while friendly when spoken to, never initiated greetings or salutations as we entered or exited the property multiple times a day. Overall it was a good property for the rate and surrounding area amenities."

"Great stay! Will be back!"

"Good"

"Loved the decor of the hotel. I didn't realize breakfast or coffee was not included in my stay so that was a little disappointing."

"unexpected… nice grounds, rooms and amenities. it was a nice escape for us. but had trouble parking one of the days due to an event at the time we were booked. that should have been better planned by the hotel—an event should not have priority over the only designated parking area allotted to paying guests. additionally, the hot tub was not heated during our stay, which came as a surprise to us."

"This was my third stay at this hotel. It’s a convenient location. The same attendant has been on duty each time and is always friendly and courteous. I like that there is no carpet anywhere. It’s always been very clean."

"Very outdated property and price is not reflective of that. We would not choose this hotel again, too many newer hotels with competitive pricing. Carpet in hallways stained, dirty, and not even adhered to floor well. Super old feeling yet still pricey. Staff in the breakfast area were kind and accommodating, that was our one positive of the stay!"

"Bed was ok but not really comfortable"

"Great hotel!"

"The room and hotel were adequate, comfortable, clean and sufficient for a brief, overnight stay. The facility is dated but well maintained. Breakfast was very limited and we did not partake other than to enjoy the coffee. Conveniently located off the Interstate and rooms are a reasonable price. Thanks to the staff!"

"Staff was very professional and great customer service"
