The hotel was lovely and welcoming. The staff couldn’t do enough to help and the night staff even keep the bar open as long as you want. The room was very pleasant, clean, and comfortable. The bar could use some more “bar friendly” seating rather than tables like a restaurant but this is a very small “not perfect” to call out. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and I would eagerly return. Set in one of the nicest parts of the country with beautiful surroundings.

Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Beautiful location in the heart of the New Forest with wild ponies roaming right outside. Dinner was also very good and a nice atmospheric room in the evening.
