"Pretty much spot on. Staff were great, food was a touch expensive, but I accept that as it’s a hotel. Was pretty good though. Now, only let down was the temperature of the room, BUT I knew there was no air con. It is made really clear on the website. Would recommend. "

"First time I have experienced a 4 pm check in. At the same time check out is at 10 am. Both times are very inconvenient, especially the 4 pm check in. The place was clean. If you need your room cleaned you would have to request it, which was not an issue. Good access to transit as buses stop just in front of hotel. Front desk staff was helpful. The area is safe, as I was out walking past midnight and never felt worried."

"Yes the internet was fast and the room was clean , the shower rims where in need of bleach ? check in and check out staff great , didn’t use the bar , breakfast a bit chaotic and kept running out of certain foods and plates "

"Overall very nice, Made the error of looking for a dropped ear pod and noticed under the bed there was food, toe nails and all sorts! luckily was after a solid nights sleep. breakfast very good. Bar, staff, drinks and desserts great, Would defo re-visit next time im in town."

"The hotel, staff and the room were excellent. We ate in the Turkish restaurant, which was good food, but the service awfully slow. This wasnt good for ne because i was feeling really ill at the time and just wanted to eat and go to bed. However, I would definitely stay there again."

"Great hotel. Lovely bar to relax in. Bit pricey for food but can be expected these days. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Can easily walk to the terminal but if carrying lots of bags or with small kids just get the shuttle bus for a couple of quid. "

"Really disappointing experience at Embankment Kitchen. Despite booking a table in advance, we were left waiting far too long. When we arrived, several staff members were clearly present but nobody acknowledged us or even said, “we’ll be with you shortly.” We were simply left standing there wondering what was going on. Service throughout was extremely slow and disorganised. There appeared to be very little communication between staff, which showed in the lack of coordination and attention. When...

"Great location for early flight. Room was clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Could check tea tray was replenished and app not very user friendly. Joined rewards membership as it said you could get a discount in the restaurant but navigating to try and get a code was impossible…otherwise a lovely stay. "
