"Yes they were clean. As well as the hallways and sitting area in the lobby. The parking is great also the staff. The only two thing's that I could say that is an inconvenience. Are the elevator not working and with myself having to have double hip replacement surgery. Is extremely difficult walking up the stairs to the third floor. And the ice machine doesn't work on the floor. But I can not lie... The price as well as the comfortable environment. Wonderful and the staff. I will highly recommend Staywell anytime.! For the Kalamazoo Michigan location. "

"The pool was not functional, a large part of choosing this facility was for the pool. Staff reported it just went down the day we arrived and would be functioning the next day. The green cloudy water in the pool would signify that was not the full truth. And was not functioning even on the third day and looked worse. No shampoo or soap in the shower, eventually was supplied after asking on 2nd day. No maid service supplied during stay. Breakfaststaff, one person, was was overwhelmed by the number of visitors and ran out of many items. The out door gas burners were not functioning, according to staff had not been serviced for function yet for the season. (Cool springbreak weather is the season for outdoor warmers)Overall Staff were pleasant. Very disappointed. Wont try again."

"The tread mill was missing buttons and screen was flashing…. So nope it did not move at all. After sitting all day in a car I was very disappointed. "

"The first room had something on the sheets and splattered down the side of the mattress. Beth happily switched me rooms. It was cleaner. The towels are yellow, i can only assume from so many washes and not being replaced. The walls are drywall thin. I heard people walking and showers running all night. Worse on and off sleep. Upon check out so many workers behind the desk, one person spoke and put out her hand for my keys and said have a good day. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone trying to get some peace and quiet. "

"This is the 2nd time we’ve tried staying at this place. The very first time we tried staying, my room was prepaid for like I do every time. We tried checking in after hours just for nobody to answer the phones or nobody was at the desk with the roll up blind shut. Most recent stay was able to have someone at the front desk (lovely lady). The beds are ehhhh comfortable and the frame they have the bed on is unacceptable. This hotel is going the cheaper route to make the customers satisfied not happy or beyond happy. Me personally i won’t book here again, you get what you pay for."
