"Best feature of this hotel is its location, especially if you’re in NYC to see Broadway shows. I liked that it was trying to be a European boutique hotel, but it was run down and in need of updates, like plumbing and air conditioning. It was also VERY loud, with the a/c blowing, the toilet running, and no sound cushion to muffle outside noise. The staff were polite, and the room was cleaned every day, but I will stay somewhere else next time I’m in the city."
"The staff was excellent! Everyone was kind and helpful and set the vibe. The room is small, just know it’s a typical midtown hotel. The layout, window seat, and open closet area made great use of a small space. The room could have definitely been cleaner, but the main areas of the hotel and bed were clean. The windows of the room seemed less sound proofed than other hotels we’ve stayed in. It was fairly loud outdoors and there were no ear plugs provided. Overall, good for a short and cost effective stay."

"Wonderful location in Times Square. Staff were friendly, pleasant and very helpful. The welcome wine and added extras were such a nice surprise and greatly appreciated. The cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed were a bonus for me. Thank you!"
