"The rooms are super old"

"First - we were told our Amenity Fee would be waived because upon arrival, we were told the rooftop pool was closed due to leaking. It was literally one of the only reasons I chose this hotel, and we were not made aware of this prior to our cancellation date. Sure enough, I should have checked the bill prior to leaving - no Amenity Fees were waived. Now the rest - you can tell the hotel was trying to update the rooms to make them more modern, but in the bathroom particularly, they failed...

"We booked this hotel because they had a junior suite room with a couch and the room itself was nice. I have no complaints there. The hotel though was not great. There was very limited “lobby” space and it didn’t seem like it was used at all. The restaurant was closed for renovation and the pool closed at 7 so if you wanted to hang out outside your room there were no real options. The gym was very limited and both ellipticals sounded broken. (Although they worked). Again - the room was good - but...

"Not a family friendly hotel though my family had a great time. Forgot that there are two clubs below. Couldn’t use the pool because of private party and pool times for kids to use were 8am-10am them 6pm-8pm. Otherwise a super cool hotel and great area."

"Clean everywhere"

"The location was perfect. Close to the 6, plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. We stayed in the two bedroom suite and was plenty of space for everyone. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was quiet and beds were comfortable. The staff were so friendly and nice. We will definitely stay again when back in NYC."

"First of all, we booked the room for the pool access. Then we find out when we get there that kids are not allowed in the pool after 11 and you have to have an 100 dollar minimum per person drink/food order to use the pool. This needs to be better advertised, this brought down the entire experience. Also, our safe was broken and never got repaired. I asked for more towels on more than one occasion and was not granted any. The room was dirty when we checked in and brought this concern up to the...
