"was unable to sleep in the bed as the room had a major issue with black mould in the bathroom which had become airborne & affected the the entire room the smell was over powering slept in a chair as the bed was cover with the black mould smell & was unable to breath, suffer with chest infections which the spores got on my chest I had to call 111 & was directed to Ipswich hospital for antibiotics, never even stopped for breakfast on day 2 felt to ill on antibiotics for next 5 days, this all...

"Kesgrave Hall is,a beautiful place.Unfortunately there was a few things that would of made us enjoy our stay more.The garden was lovely but it was a beautiful day and the only place we could sit to drink our delicious Apparrel Sprits and Dark and Stormy drinks were in the Smoking area it would of been nice to have somewhere more casual to sit and enjoy the ambience. "From the minute we arrived at Seckford everyone was so helpful.One of the helpful staff over heard us say we were alittle early .So he kindley .Checked us in whilst we were having lunch .He was very helpful thankyou .The restaurant staff were very helpful too by pre booking Seckfords delicious beef Wellington for 2 for our evening meal.The Spa staff were very helpful too.Alround fab team breakfast staff could not do enough for us too .Thankyou for a lovely stay .."

"Self check in was easy. Liked that the doors were code operated. Room was spacious, clean and well thought out. Hairdryer was excellent! Bathroom was clean and functional. Breakfast was great. The hotel is very clean and fresh, would visit again!"
