"The reception staff were excellent and very helpful. A member met us in the underground parking and brought our luggage up and to our room on a trolley. We had stayed at the Sebel many years ago and now it is a part of the peppers . She was from Toronto Canada. Also a receptionist from Colombia came to our room on arrival and helped us with wifi. Apparently, there was a phone issue. Bit it has worked fine. This was a great visit to Manly Beach. Location is excellent and I paid to upgrade to an ocean view which was very much worth it!! "

"Lovely place to stay, room was clean and staff were lovely. We had a 3 night stay. The cleaning staff didn’t automatically enter the room while we were there, however, if we asked them to take the rubbish, replace the towels or restock the tea stand they did it without any hassles. So yes, lovely place to stay, would stay here again for sure."

"Very clean, modern room, great amenities and 10/10 location. Parking is extremely limited both at and around the motel which should be considered if bringing a vehicle."

"Genuinely so awful. I couldn’t stay there despite having paid over $600 for two nights. The rooms are dirty, smelly and grimy and the accommodation is unsafe. As a single woman travelling alone I felt instantly nervous. "

"We always stay here when visiting Sydney. Easy parking for a large vehicle at the Concourse, fabulous shopping and Asian food choices. Only complaint was the loo paper, cheap rubbish! "

"Was a lovely stay with a bonus upgrade to a balcony room. Easy check-in by delightful staff member. Kitchen well equipped and room very clean. Loved the MOR products in the bathroom. Will hopefully visit again. "
