"The staff were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. The location was perfect, right in front of the beach and surrounded by excellent restaurants. The hotel also was fantastic. The only downside for me was the cleanliness. When we arrived, there were pieces of paper on the nightstand, the surfaces were dusty, and there was hair in the shower and on the bathroom faucet. "Was not impressed by the hotel.of staff. They did not return my 100$ deposit once i checked out. Extremely slow service. The staff failed to check if my partner had an allergies which caused him.to go to the hospital the next day. Would.not reccomend this place at all"

"Wow, what a fabulous place for a Staycation. The buildings are all old and have been left in their original form however the rooms are great, the food great, the location however, fabulous. "I booked 2 x 2 bedroom for 2 nights. Rooms were not together. Floor 7 & 10 not helpful for a family weekend. I asked through Expedia and Rydges multiple times to join these bookings, neither assisted in this. I will not use Expedia to book again.
