"This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The property condition is dated and not aligned with the photos. The towels had visible stains on them. The coffee maker has and old and used pod in it. The bathtub was clogged then my room wasn’t cleaned on a two night stay. I’d highly recommend any travels to avoid this property at all cost. Then to charge a destination fee of $25 per day but run out of food choices a breakfast is incredibly. Id describe this as a historic...

"Excelente vista y diría que 7/10 en cuestión del baño, es pequeño. Mencioné que estaba celebrando el cumpleaños de mi prometida y pasó desapercibido, en este caso si lo repruebo porque hubiese sido lindo ofrecer algún detalle (no necesariamente gratis:), estoy pensando en un futuro probar la Suite, pero me dejó un mal sabor de boca el desinterés en cuanto a mi mención. Gracias."

Our bathroom was clean however the shelf to hold our soaps were falling apart so we had our soaps on the floor. The extra showerhead also did not work. We got a balcony room and was disappointed that there was not a place to sit outside to enjoy the nice weather and the sounds of the city. "Our bathroom door was a sliding door that was nearly impossible to open or close. That was very frustrating. The walls were incredibly scuffed up everywhere. The room could use a lot of updating. Breakfast was great and the staff was amazing."

"Great location and converted old Virgin Hotel. Room was fine and hotel basics were fine. There wasn’t any room service daily or for my 3 night stay. There was a strike for housekeepers and they were LOUD out front everyday. Not sure what the hotel fee was for on top of Expedia hotel charge was for, they gave me 2 waters the first day and that was it. They also upsell their vacation club/time share a lot, kinda odd."
