"No room service and gave wrong room "

"This hotel was so scented it hit you as soon as you entered the lobby. We checked the room and it was also so scented we could not stay. If are even the slightest scent allergic avoid this hotel!"

"First night, my room was on the second floor near the pool, the ac was not blowing cold air which made the room feel humid, the tv did not connect to Netflix app even tho the hotel has internet service. I was told that, it’s just a feature that doesn’t work. When waking up to use the shower, the shower would not turn off, I had to push it in and keep twisting it until it turn off. Went to the front desk and they did accommodate me by switching my room and moving to the 5th floor. Also the ihop/applebees that’s connected to the hotel had horrible customer service and quality of food was bad too. "

"Great new property, good rooms, great location. The hotel bar/lounge/restaurant closing at 10:00pm is the Only real disappointment. "

"The property is in a great location and the staff are always very helpful. The breakfast is always excellent and the rooms are very clean. The place is a 10/10. We travel for brewers game and it’s within 5 minutes of the stadium. Tried other hotels in the area, not good."
