Bad: We specifically chose this facility because they offered breakfast. The breakfast area was not attended two both mornings we wanted to eat there. On the first morning we had to ask someone to check the food as some items were out such as cooked eggs. We then had to wait 20 minutes for them to be placed in the buffet. "The front desk was helpful and accommodating when we presented our issues. There are ants and roaches in certain rooms, dirt and grime left on appliances and the floor. There needs to be a policy change that requires housekeeping on a more frequent basis. They don’t check on residents frequently to make sure the living habits of residents and conditions are not promoting pests. Smoking takes place in the building and right in front of the entrance. They need more staff to be able to help manage...

"Spacious rooms with full kitchen, large workspace and seating area. Nice workout room and morning breakfast offers many choices. We have stayed at this property a number of times and have always been satisfied with our accommodations."

"It's a nice room but honestly not a lot for the price. We had a huge room with two beds and a rolling chair. No other chair or couch. The staff also wasn't very welcoming and the restaurant doesn't have much options. It was nice being close to the mall and restaurants walking distance."
