The room was spacious and it was quiet. The beds were nice but the hallways were dirty. The staff were absolutely amazing though and kind to everyone. The surrounding area is great with lots of food and shopping.

No amenities in the room. Not even a glass. No dishes, silverware, glasses, pots and pans. At least the staff could do at check in is to ask what you would like in the room. Most likely will never use this property again.

Where to start. Let’s talk money. So if you book with Expedia, expect to pay at least another $82 when you get there for security deposit, house keeping and some other charge I don’t understand. Had to call a week later to get the security deposit back. Not sure what the big stains I saw on the hall way carpets were but it got my imagination going. Oh, and there are quite a few, uhm, residents…. My mom said to never stay in a place that has a number in its name, now I know why.

My stay was ok except my room wasn’t clean I had to wipe it down myself it still had food and hair on the counter from the previous people. No towels were really in my room. And people walked the hallways all night going in and out of rooms knocking on doors.

The staff was nice however the facility was not clean. The floors were horrible, and there was a bedbug in the first room was told that there was no rooms that they could relocate, but then they found one and was told the manager would credit my account and never happened.

It's basically a retirement home.Residents hang out in front in wheelchairs & walkers.Room was dirty.Building is dimmly lit.Grounds & landscaping extreamly neglegted.Front desk is caged up with steel gate at night.

The staffing was horrible very uninviting. She has this dog that barks at people. I had an incident where her credit card machine was not working properly so she tells me your credit card is not working. Tells her that can’t be true. I have X amount of thousands of dollars on the card then she replied. Oh yeah that’s right. I’ve been having lots of trouble with my machine instead of telling me that from the beginning, she makes me give her different credit cards making me think something was wrong with my credit cards. She was very cold and very unwelcoming. I did not like the stay overall the counters have stains all over them. I will not be back.

From the moment I first arrived, the staff was AWESOME! Anything I needed…like an extra pillow…was taken care of right away. I was always greeted with a smile and a friendly “Hello” every time I walked in. Definitely will stay there again.

First, the temperature was 61 degrees when I first arrived so when I turned it up to 72 it made condensation on the floor. Like walking on water. The shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, dirt on the bottom and strands of long hair on the sides.

Terrible place, first off they said they were over booked and had no rooms available even though I booked 2 months in advanced so I had to pay 3 times as much to find a different hotel. Then they had the balls to change me a no show fee even though I showed up and was turned away so I contacted them and they talked to me like it was my fault, and I never received any kind of apology or refund.
