This was probably the worst hotel experience ever. The room was not fully clean as there were crumbs in the sheets, shower curtain was dirty as well. There was nail polish and other stains on the sink and bathroom door. In addition, there was a small crack in the tv.
There is no ice machine in the hotel. While you get a fridge freezer, there is no ice maker or ice trays available in the room.
The room itself was a two queen room. The burners on the stove were so rusty that if I wanted to use there probably could start a fire. The main light had half light burnt out and the second bed was literally up against the wall.
I was traveling with friends, but I was planning to stay in the room by myself. My friend and his family got a king size bed room, however their bed was not a king, it was a queen. Because of the status of the hotel we couldn’t do anything.
When I checked in I waited in line. The family in front of me needed a two queen room, which that’s what they ordered but was given a king. When the guy came back to say the room was wrong the person at the desk said that all we have, we’re sold out. He was able to cancel his booking, but had to go elsewhere. I would have offered mine but I needed the ADA component of it.
When it was my turn to check in I had to pay the damage deposit. However, when charged, the worker said the machine that was right there wasn’t working and had to go around the corner to use that machine. Witnessed the other one working
