Without ever making eye contact, she got up, found two and shoved them at me. I ignored her rudeness. I then realized that I would also need extra creamer. I asked Noriya if I could also have two of the packets that contained the sweeteners and stirrers. I then asked, “do those contain creamers too?” She kept right...

When we got to the room there was a dirty rag on the floor, no toilet paper in the bathroom and the bath mat was dirty. There was hair in the tub. The bed was decent and honestly for the price, we got what we paid for, but never in my life has there never been toilet paper in a hotel room."

"Great location and the staff were amazing. The lobby was very hot and not suited for enjoying breakfast in the morning due to the uncomfortable temperature but the room was clean and cool and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel."
