"I recently stayed at Brookhurst Plaza Inn and had a very positive experience overall. The location was excellent, with easy access to both Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm, making it a convenient choice for our trip. The parking area was spacious and easy to navigate, which was a big plus. One thing I really appreciated was that coffee was available throughout the day. "My husband and I love this place, it's in a great location, the rooms are always clean and the staff is wonderful. We were finally able to use the pool this trip and it was the perfect temperature, we will definitely be back."

"The place needs lots of maintenance, didn’t look that clean, sink was cracked, parking was ok, area was ok, close to shops and restaurants"

"Room was disgusting, dirty everything with roaches in the dresser drawer. Table, bathroom, and counter were disgusting and barely looked clean. No effort to make the room presentable "

"just 1.towel, ask the staff. Never brought me other one. No handicap rails. In the bathroom. Hot water in the shower took too long to come out. Door handles busted felt so insecure. In the entryway.i left my own towel. They needed. Terrible"

"Room was dirty, cigarette ash everywhere, the restrooms and ceiling was kind of moldy. We had to go to Walgreens to get stuff to make it bare able. Not worth it. "

"We had an amazing stay! Just a 5 minute walk to the park and 10 minute walk to soak city. The staff was very helpful and the whole property was very clean. The pool was awesome as well the kids loved the splash pad area and the hot tub was large. We will absolutely stay here again on our next Knotts trip."

"The hotel was so beautiful, spacious and clean. I got the two queen bed room. There was a standing shower, beautiful lighting and a window overlooking the city. There was only valet parking which was free also for us who had a reservation. Breakfast is not included."
