"Carpets were stained. Tub was peeling its coating. No AC in breakfast area. Witnessed front desk attendant arguing with an incoming guest. Made me extremely uncomfortable. Questionable characters in the main lobby hanging out using foul language. Just not a nice atmosphere."

"This is an older property that received a makeover/reboot in the last decade. It has plenty of charm, including staff, though it might not seem as modernized as some might prefer. Regardless of all that, there are two major draws here: if you like the cocktail hour or if you happen to be a lap swimmer, this place is a standout. "I went to set on the desk chair and it collapsed.It was supposed to have 4 bolts holding the seat to the base and it only had two.One popped out which was what made me fall.I didn't get hurt but the way I fell made it hard to get up.I reported this to the front desk and the guy just said I'LL fix it.The real problem is that I had to pay a security deposit of 100.00 for security in case I damaged something.They didn't accept any responsibility for their lack of maintenance."

"Very disappointing stay. The room was not clean, the carpets were filthy, and the washroom had visible mold. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were well below acceptable standards. The staff were rude and unhelpful, which made the experience even worse. Breakfast was disappointing, with very limited food options. Overall, my experience was average at best, and I would not recommend staying here until significant improvements are made to cleanliness, service, and the breakfast...

"I always stay here when I'm in town, the stay is accommodating to my family. Breakfast is always good. I do wish they would update their rooms though."

"The public areas and the room were clean and attractive. The A/C in our room was on full blast and none of the controls were operable. It was impossible to adjust. It felt like a walk in refrigerator making sleep difficult. We tried calling the front desk but both phones were broken. When we reached the desk via our cell phone to request help none was offered. I would not recommend this hotel."
