Hotel dekat Brookside Mall

"Staff was friendly, room was clean and bed was comfortable!!"

"My only problem was with the door to our room. There was a significant gap between the door and top half of the doorframe that allowed the bright light from the hallway into our room. Maintenance was sent but there really wasn’t much that could be done. I was given extra towels to cover the gap the best I could. They couldn’t move us to another room due to being booked full."

"The location to downtown is fantastic. Easy access to restaurants and shops and the capital. Very friendly and attentive staff. Easy parking."

"The facility was fine. The room was terrible. The noise from the interstate was the loudest of any hotel I've ever stayed in. I had earplugs in and was still woken up multiple times by trucks going by. The pillows were useless. Bed was decent."

"We booked the room several months prior to our trip and have always had a great experience here in the past 5 trips we have had. We checked in and it took some time before they found us a room on the 3rd floor. Our room seemed ok we booked in around 6 pm and had to leave to see family immediately. Got back to the room around 8pm unpacked and began to notice how dirty the room was. The toilet at the back of the seat filthy the shower shelves had soap from previous occupants. Just dingy overall...

"Did not have handicapped access to building. Elevators were broken. Very limited menu options. Bathroom light was so dim it was hard to shave by. No soap in shower."

"Comfortable bed and pillows. Loved having a separate sitting area with comfortable seating"

"Waited 25 mins to checkin. There was a safety concern when a first floor room burned a pan of food, filling 1st floor wing with smoke, but the fire alarms did not activate in the room, the hotel halls nor was the fire department activated through a system alarm. People on the 2nd floor would not have been notified to evacuate in case if fire. Luckily, it was burned food in a pan cooked in a hotel room that created the smoke and did not lead to a room fire. The buffet breakfast needs updated...

"Very accommodating charming Inn. Old, but clean."

"If you are looking for an authentic lodging and dining experience, the Tilton Inn is your place. The owners, staff, and the restaurant chef are top-shelf, friendly, and make for perfect accommodations. Such a breath of fresh air from the white-bread franchise hotel experience. Don't miss it before it's gone!"

"The room was a big empty space the fridge was on the floor, no table to sit, 1 dirty white chair and the table the TV was on. Not at all what was pictured. The breakfast offerings, which were bread slices and bagels, looked days old, the fruit old as well, a very used waffle maker (dirty). Of the two kurig coffee makers only one worked no flavoring, fresh cream or milk was offered. it was not good. No coffee maker or microwave in the room as advertised either. The saving grace was the view out...

"I appreciated the pet friendly offering. The desk person changed my room when I arrived to one that was right near an exterior door, which was really helpful. The room was clean and quiet."
