"Clean and comfortable location for a stop traveling from OH to MA. Did not use the pool but good place for kids to let off energy. I was traveling with a dog and it was an additional $50 dollars. The location was right off the highway and there was a walking path and field to take your dog out safely."

"Only one elevator was working. With the building being 9 floors, it became a hassle waiting to use the elevator. Thankfully my room was on a fairly lower level and I was able to access the stairwell. Amenities were so-so. Towels were threadbare. Valet was nice. Checking in could have been a little more receptive. However checking out, the woman at the counter was more interested in playing on her phone. She couldn't be bothered to even take my room number or provide a receipt for the...

"The hotel is clean and housekeeping amazing. Spotless room and they deserve props! Upon check in I was handed a key and no further information on the property. It wasn’t bad service, it was basic like I was expected to already know where the elevator was or where I should park. If that makes sense. I’m just used to other hotels telling me basic info like that upon check in. There was a little piece of paper with your key that tells you the breakfast time and amenity hours. Not a big deal....

"The room was clean and the breakfast was above average for the class of hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was a bit tight in the lot and the area around the hotel is a bit desolate at night. I felt perfectly safe but was not traveling by myself. Shower in the room was great."

"There was improvement construction ongoing which was not problematic during out stay. Breakfast was a nice selection of various foods. The lemon infused water in the foyer was a nice touch. There was also a coffee bar near the front desk available at all times. Great place for those working in the area with a private office and laundry facilities onsite as well. We enjoyed our stay."

"There was construction happening on the road in front of the hotel, which was not their fault, so the hotel gave out earplugs and tried to book me into a room far away from the noise. The room was nice, and I enjoyed the stay as a result."

"The room smelt so bad of urine and cigartettes is was nearly impossible to fall asleep. There were people outside of our room swearing and being loud. I would not recommend this as a place to stay for the price and if you are traveling with children."

"The room was standard, but clean. The bathroom was very small. It is impossible to access the shower when the door is open. The staff was very stoic, borderline standoffish, and unwelcoming and unfriendly. Their attempt to be nice or friendly comes off very fake. They were very matter-of-fact and not very flexible."
