"The staff was super friendly and helpful with check in. We were traveling from out of state, by driving, and traffic had us super delayed. They let us check in still even though it was past their stated check in time (as long as we got there before midnight, which we did). The parking garage was on the expensive end. The bathroom upon arrival was not all that clean...leftover BM residue in the toilet. The lobby was clean. Plenty to do in the area. When I had an issue with a payment after check...
