"Large, comfortable, clean room. Yorkshire teabags. The pub is lovely, the food is delicious and portions are plentiful. I have to admit, I did not finish my fish & chips (and I’m a big lad who likes f&c in large portions) You must try the Hull Pattie."

"The room was very comfortable and impeccably clean. Access was easy using the door enrty codes provided. Wifi was good and easy to log onto. The Guest house was also vey quiet, with no disturbances. I used the breakfast room before I left, and ate granola, greek yoghurt and blueberries with a Coffee latte. These were dispensed from a vending machine, but were fresh and tasted lovely. Bowls, mugs and cuttlery were available. The staff I met were also friendly and chatty. I would highly recommend...

Although the room being a little dated, it was very spacious and warm, with everything you needed, plus more than enough beverages at hand. I also found the bed to be quite comfy if not a little bouncy. Parking on site was £10 for the duration of our stay,, although space is limited and got full towards the end of the day.
