"Sadly, our stay at Spark was a nightmare. The room was tiny, poorly furnished, and absolutely filthy. Dust was everywhere, and the shower was moldy and cracked. The beds were well beyond their useful life. The mattresses, pillows, and duvet were lumpy, while the sheets looked old and worn. To make matters worse, the beds appeared to have been made carelessly. We were unable to access the Wi-Fi because the instructions provided at reception were unclear.
