Hotel murah di Browns Chapel

"Stayed here previously & it was fine, but will never stay again. Room 301 smelt of old, stale cigarette smoke, toilet was nasty, some type of fluids or crust on side of bed, mold in shower, shower curtain torn & “clean” dirty washclothes!!!"

"Staff was very nice. Good location. Room was overall mostly clean, but there was a red stain on carpet by the bathroom sink that I probably would have cleaned for future guests. Bathroom smelled of urine, not sure if shower curtain needs to be washed/replaced but that was a bit off-putting as well. This is for room 408 by the way."

"Check-in went smoothly at first. Then we got to our room and it smelled smoky. They gave us another room but we couldn't open the door. Found out we were turning the handle the wrong direction. Opened the door and the bed wasn't made. Got a room on the third floor and it was nice. It didn't have cups for water. Breakfast was good, but there was only one 2-slice toaster. Also no cold water available."

"Stay was okay! Was a little disappointed when we asked ahead of time for a room closer to the stair well or on the first floor for ease of taking my dog out but we ended up with a room in the middle of the 2nd floor. After the first night the A/C unit made crackling/popping noises the first night and somehow leaked water below it so the floor was soaked and got my girlfriend’s suitcase soaked. Had to then switch rooms and the best they could do was move us to the 4th floor. Not the easiest...

"The parking lot was nice and big, no problems getting into and leaving the property. I tried to check the tub drain and it came out of the tub drain mechanism. But I didn’t want a bath so I didn’t worry about it, and left the piece in the tub area. The WiFi worked well with no connection problems. My wife said the coffee at the front desk was very good. She absolutely needs her coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay here again."

"The Morgantown Hotel is like walking into a 1940's hotel. Very well taken care of and our room was excellent. Bed was so comfy I didn't want to get out of it. We wish we had had time to explore the area, but alas was on our way back home!"

"Breakfast 24/7 free bottled water and fresh cookies on arrival. Clean well maintained pool, easy to find ice machines, clean everything! Morgan, front desk man was excellent. Jewel of an employee you got there in him. All staff pleasant and cheerful! Room spacious, quiet and very clean. Wonderful over all stay. A+++"

"We couldn’t get the tv to work or the hair dryer. No mini fridge in the room either. It was basic but clean"

"The staff incredibly friendly. Saw one the maids go out of her way to help a senior citizen. The restaurants also very friendly but seemed to be understaffed for breakfast. Otherwise nice place to stay."
