"Very nice hotel and room. Great decor. Evening meal was ok, nothing special. Breakfast was slow, staff were struggling to cope. Do not park under the big tree at the entrance. Birds overhead!"

When booking the spa the online booking system didn’t work, I tried to book over the phone and was passed from staff member to staff member and put on hold multiple times. I'd recommend to stay here but if you're a light sleeper you may need ear plugs as occasional traffic can be heard. Excellent breakfast choice, cooked breakfast made fresh to order. "New construction wall to wall carpet in halls and rooms. Business hotel on edge of Nuneaton and next to Bermuda industrial estate. Good service and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. One elevator for the 4 story building. No air conditioning so we were given a portable fan which was adequate for early May weather. Window only opens 4 inches for fresh air! Comfortable beds and mainly quiet except for distant tire noise from highway a few hundred yards away ."

"All the hotel staff we encountered were friendly and helpful from arrival to departure which made for an enjoyable stay. Our room was a good size with a four poster bed and a nice view to the front of the property. The hotel public areas looked great and were well kept. Food and drink prices in the hotel and grounds a little on the high side."
