Tired and hot

The room was hot and it took 4 hours to cool down. By the time it cooled i was asleep and awoke freezing. The air conditioner made loud sucking noises all night that made sleeping difficult. Parking was okay and breakfast was good. The room was too small for the 2 beds and i kicked the air conditioner everytime I got out of bed as it sat below the window.

The stay was okay. We stayed for 4 nights and the gentleman who checked us in was so nice. The beds were pretty comfortable but the place was dated and dingy. The walls in our room needed to be wiped down pretty bad. The breakfast was edible.

The motel property, grounds and neighborhood have clearly seen better days. There is a pool, but I did not use it. My room was adequate with clean towels and sheets. The room has a microwave, small fridge, TV, some sort of safe that I didn't bother trying to use, and coffee maker. Breakfast served in the lobby area starts at 06:00. They offered toast and assorted jelly packs, packets of oatmeal, muffins, hardboiled eggs, juice packs, waffles and coffee. There's an HEB across the street if you want additional food. For the money, the motel was adequate.

Loved the environment fornmy girlfriend and i, heb is a 5 min walk for snacks, food, etc. The staff were super friendly, and the pool is perfect for a late night swim, love that the front desk is 24hrs fir any of your needs and especially the snacks they sell there for your own convenience. Perfect stay 10/10 i would stay again
