"Very clean nice and peaceful"

"Night staff was very condescending when we asked for them to switch our room as the air conditioning was not working up to par. Insinuated as if us turning the air down to 60 when the room was 80 degrees was our fault. Once they moved our room to the one right next door the thermostat sat at 66 and the cooling was excellent. Obviously there was an issue with the air in the first room when the lobby is cooler than the room. Also if you don’t like a citrus smelling body wash take your own. ...

"I chose this particular hotel because it had an indoor pool. Upon our arrival, we noted a sign on the pool door stating that the pool was closed. When I inquired about when the pool would be opened (I was there for 10 days), they stated "we have no idea, we are waiting on the state." The pool was closed for the duration of our trip. "The room was super clean and very comfortable. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool to wind down. I wish people that brought their dogs picked up after them. The grassy areas were covered in dog poop."

Our room had the slightest hint of a smokey smell...even though I know these are non-smoking rooms, as all hotels are now...the carpets/window treatments probably have not been replaced in a very long time! And I just happen to have the nose of a bloodhound! So yea, it felt dingy to me.
