Not a safe, clean place to stay

The lobby and hallways smelled of marijuana. The pool was broken. Crumbs all over our room, half eaten food in the room wastebaskets (not our food) and I was refused a refund. We stayed in that facility all of ten minutes.

The room was extremely dated and had mold at the window side and the carpet was not clean the breakfast was very limited and the place gave off residential vibe.

A good stay

Staff very friendly and willing to help. Room was comfortable and clean. Was on the 4th floor, and tho the hotel was quite full, it was quiet at night. There is renovation work going on, but well maintained.

First room’s air conditioner had a loud squeaking noise that was clearly known because they acknowledged and immediately moved me upon request. They had no other King rooms so I moved to a double Queen which had no towels, no shower curtain, trash still in the bathroom bin and a disgustingly dirty toilet with fermented urine in it.
