They have a 24/7 support line, but someone doesn’t always answer it. I completed the check-in days before my arrival and received my code. Room 404 was extremely cramped and could not accommodate 3 people. Dangerously sharp furniture and fixtures around the bed. Even more disturbing, extremely sharp hooks directly above the headboard, right where someone could easily hit their head. It is completely unacceptable for sharp metal fixtures to be positioned...

"Clean 2 bedroom, 1 bath with kitchen apartment. Very close to the tram & bus station where you can catch no. 9 tram going to Old Town Zurich and no. 14 tram going Zurich HB where you can catch trams to Luzern, Bern, Interlaken and other cities. COOP grocery store is walking distance. There are restaurants and a pizzeria nearby. Laundry in the basement is very convenient if you are staying longer. I’ll stay again."

"The apartment is clean, quite big with 2 Bedrooms and bathrooms and suitable for a group of four. Location near to train station only need to walk about 8 minutes if you bring suitcase. The check in time too strict and we cannot request early check in but overall we satisfied with the apartment. "

"Clean and quiet apartment. Closer to everything. Staff is really nice and helpful. Great hospitality and care!!! Highly recommended."

"The bed matress was super yellow and stained. We contacted the hotel that changed us room in a different locatiln. We lost a lot of time but find our way finally."
