"Different vibe once you got off the elevator. Elevator bathroom and hallways were not clean. Room was run down things were dirty and not cleaned well. I booked a club level room and breakfast was to be included. It was not included when I asked in the morning. Ordered from the restaurant and it took a really long time just to get my food. I was not eating in the restaurant. I couldn’t imagine the wait if I was dining in. "

"Beautiful hotel very friendly clean location was so easy to find. The only thing was that the door to the bathroom wouldn’t close or lock because the the hook was not in line I was solo so wasn’t an issue but if not it would have been. "
