"Terrible experience all together. Ill never book there again.
1st I had flight cancelation and I contacted the property and no one responded to me at all, anyways I arrived the next day which is i already lost 1 night . Than at the reception, the guy helped us was like I have to find you room because you didn't show up . So I actually got upset and said its big difference between no showing up and your guys are no responded to me .
Anyways they gave us a room, I went up to my room and found...
