"We loved Podstine Hotel. Great location near town but far enough that it is quiet and very private. The staff was very helpful, specially the waiters over breakfast and lunch, always answering our questions and giving us advise. The beach is pristine and very private. If we ever go back to Hvar, we would definitely stay here again."

"Staff were exceptional, arranged collection transfer from the port and return transfer to the airport. Laura at the beach was so pleasant and accommodating. Daniel in the restaurant could not do enough for you. The hotel although listed as 4 star should be shown as 5 star as I have stayed in 5 star hotels that have not come close to this hotel."

"Upon arrival friendly staff member carried our bags to reception and room. The room was clean and light. Breakfast was buffet style with items topped up prior to running out, with various choices of where to sit. The walk in to town was pleasant possibly a bit long for some people but we enjoyed it, once in town plenty of different places to eat & drink.The buildings are built of lovely stone with some attractive architecture along with some projects remaining. "Beautiful home on the hill with an infinity pool overlooking a private bay. This is a little piece of paradise outside the noise and the hustle and bustle of Hvar town, but only a 10 min drive away. The owner, Tony, is very friendly and accommodating and will drive you to town for 13 euros each way. It is about a 45 minute walk. Very secluded and peaceful! Perfect for a romantic get away or for families, but come prepared as there is nothing near by but 2 quite pricey restaurants. "
