"I was in a suite room with great size but had a lot of unnecessary mirrors. I mistakenly upgraded to city view paying extra and that new room toilet was stinking all the time, like some drainage smell. I was not in room mostly so didn’t complain but for that cost didn’t expect it"

"Check-in machine broken. Hallway carpets hadn't seen a vacuum for quite some time. Old thermostat impossible to regulate either freezing or off. Not a fan of these low contact hotels. Will not stay again"
