"The property was clean. Not exceptional. Staff helpful. Breakfast not the greatest. The stay was nice but for the price they need to upgrade. Carpet definitely needs to be changed."

"The staff is great. They must have kept my notes from a prior stay, they put me in a corner room/ top floor which was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Bed linens impeccably clean. "This is a spectacular little boutique hotel in downtown Norfolk. The location is great for walking to the theater and the water district. There’s dining everywhere. The biggest bonus is the glass art museum that’s included with your stay."

I booked two rooms, we had to call down to reception to have the rooms cleaned two days in a row. The entire hotel needed to be overhauled and renovated, it appeared very run down. I have family who resides in the area and I would not stay there again."

"This property is very nasty. It looks like it should be in the hood and not in that area. I had to change my room because it was any shower curtain up and the mini fridge was broke. It was towels thrown in the corner on ever floor at night. I would never stay there again, my flight was canceled I checked out of there and went to another hotel. Very disappointed"
