"We loved our stay. Before we arrived they were helpful ensuring our daughter was in a room nearby and arranging pick for 2 separate flights. The staff were really welcoming and helpful. The pool is an added bonus after a hot day in Chiang Mai. The area around the hotel is also great. I would definitely stay again when visiting Chiang Mai."

"Very nice hotel with amazing staff and facilities. The hotel has character and also has lovely facilities. The hotel is located in Old Town which is very convenient. There are lovely restaurants, coffee shops and massage places within walking distant. The night markets are about 10min walk and 7eleven is 2min walk. Staff were lovely. The tour lady that sits there is helpful too and we booked our excursions through her. Would definitely recommend this hotel."
