"I arrived early and well before check in after being on a train all in. The staff made me feel so welcome. They said I could leave my bags in the office till my room became available. They gave me a towel and toothbrush and toothpaste to get freshened up in the bathroom near the foyer. In all the years I’ve stayed at different places. I’ve never felt so welcome and so accommodated by the friendly staff. I will return and and will recommend this place to any friends and family that visiting...

I had booked some spa treatments and they accommodated my request to have my elderly mother sit in the treatment room with me as she has dementia and cannot be on her own. If I ever visit Chiang Mai again I will definitely stay there. "
