Great staff at the hotel and restaurant. The owner -Gade - was especially helpful. Don’t pass up the restaurant as the food was excellent every time. I will highly recommend Elliebum Hotel to anyone going to Chaing Mai.

What an incredibly beautiful and welcoming hotel. We were treated like family and the staff were responsive and very friendly. The rooms were clean and well-appointed. I’d stay here again and again.

Wonderful place in the old city. Amazing breakfast

Really enjoyed staying here. The location is great. And the breakfast is amazing! But it's the staff that make this stand out for me. Helpful, eager to help and always positive.

Good value, great hotel!

Very friendly and helpful staff at this great value hotel in central Chiang Mai. Nice room with comfortable bed, shower and bathtub in the bathroom. Also great breakfast menu, coffee drinks and smoothies. Nice lobby to hang out in.

The hotel staff are so lovely! The young man working the front desk was super helpful during our whole stay and so kind. They prepared a cute snack with drink upon our arrival too! Conveniently close the all the cute shops and lots of restaurants and coffee spots. Would love to stay there again in the future if we can!

Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was included at no extra charge and was excellent. I had a pancake served with fresh fruit and it was delicious and filling. They had a number of choices available all day and even prepared an early take away breakfast for us the day we went out on an early tour. The property met all our needs but could benefit from some routine maintenance to things like bathroom faucet and fixtures and shower door caulking. Great location for sightseeing. Overall an excellent value choice.

Excellent value for money.

Fantastic and attentive staff, extremely helpful and friendly, especially with our ‘out of hours’ requests. Hotel is well located in the Old City, within walking distance from every major point, easy to find and get to. It’s clean, very comfortable firm bed. You get what you pay for for a 3*, and is excellent value for money. Very good a la carte breakfast.

We had the best experience staying at Elliebum! From the kind and very helpful staff, to the central location in the old town, to the delicious breakfast and the amazing room... We would definitely recommend it! We also want to thank the owner, Gade, for her suggestions and willingness to help with a left behind set of headphones. She went the extra mile to send it to us in Phuket and we are very appreciative!

Luxury at a reasonable price.

This boutique hotel is amazing. The only thing I'd mention that could be a negative is that there are no elevators so if you're in the 3rd floor, it's a bit of a chore getting to your room late at night when you're feeling good, if you know what i mean. But that's the only complaint. I love this place. I stayed two different times while in Chiang Mai. 100% worth the price.

Greit hotell i gamlebyen, med gåavstand til gatemarkeder, templer og restauranter. Menyvalg til frokost var bra (bestilles kvelden før). Gode senger og bra renhold. Vi syntes imidlertid at prisen var høy i forhold til standarden på hotellet!!

the elegant boutue hotel at the good location

One of the best boutique hotels which I have ever stayed. A very good location which can access to lots of attractions but very quiet as well. Its design is very traditional and elegant. A good shower booth and bathtub. Hotel staff's kind and warm-hearted service. I dare to say that all the guests be satisfied with this hotel if they want to enjoy comfortable and private holidays.

Beautiful boutique property in the old city . Upgraded to a room With bath tub. Breakfast I had the pancake with assorted fruits was excellent. Love the Lobby and breakfast outdoor cafe chill chill Small garden environment
