"We ordered takeaway because we had a sick traveller and the empty food containers were not removed for the duration of our stay despite putting it on top of the rubbish bins. We booked the grand suite for 5 nights and they didn’t even take our bags to our room when we arrived! "

"The hotel is in a good location for first-time visitors and is reasonably priced. The room was a little different than pictured as it had no dresser or drawers to unpack into. Not a big deal for most people but we like to unpack completely when staying for several days. The kitchenette was nice and well-stocked, although we were unable to open some of the cabinets to get to some of the dishes. We also expected daily housekeeping but the first day the bed wasn't made and a few other things were...

"Hotel bien située, acces tram très proche, achat ticket tram situé au niveau de la réception de l'hôtel, personnel serviable, chambre spacieuse, petit dej riche en choix ! Seul bémol, le soir de l'arrivée nous voulions manger a lhotel mais on nous refusé a 21h00 alors que la fin de service est notée 21h30.."
