Novotel Bucharest City Centre
"No ac in the room so it was stuffy. Seemed to be the entire hotel, perhaps some policy of not turning ac on until summer?! Fridge wasn’t working. Mattresses were old, shower cabin was dripping, sink was smelling like waste water when you turned on the water. Breakfast was ok, plenty of choices."
