"Great location, great value. Arrived to NYC via Penn Station. Easy & safe walk from Penn Station to hotel. Also walked to/from USS Intrepid museum which was a great “to do.” Hotel staff was friendly and I was allowed to leave my luggage there after check-out for the day while walking around the City."

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
