"Super stay, gorgeous studio with separate kitchen and bathroom, immaculate throughout. Very convenient for the train station and a beautiful walk by the Thames is just a few minutes away! "

"The room was cold when we arrived and the radiators were ineffective. Fortunately it was warmer when we returned from dinner.
The bureaucracy associated with online check in was excessive ie submitting passport details and photo, and precise checkin time. info from three different organisations, and lists of instructions and rules for check in and out. I like to book and turn up on the day."

"I stayed here with my mum for 2 nights to be near my brother. The host was so lovely and helpful. Big thank you. We had a great stay in the apartment and would definitely stay here again. It was perfect. My mum is 83 and could come through the main entrance. No need to use the fire escape stairs. The parking entrance is opposite the shop Lords hardware shop. Only saying that as there’s lots of options and even my satnav got confused!! Bonus that there were community fire works whilst we stayed...

"Nice apartment for three people. Sofa bed really helped us.
Well presented with off road parking and nearby shops/takeway.
Good communication with landlord.
We used this for access to LHR which is only 30 minutes away."

"Location on the map is wrong.
No emails received with instructions.
WiFi not working.
TV functioning but no connected to any aerial or Internet, so not working.
No heating on when I arrived so the place was freezing, I understand you don't want to have the heating on all day, but still...
And finally the toilet seat was already broken and falling off.
I do not write bad reviews a lot, but I thought I should write one so other people know what to expect...

"Access to the flat and parking was easy and convenient. The flat was a good size and modern. However we did have to contact the owners as the kitchen, dishes, cutlery and appliances were very dirty. The bathtub was not clean and the double bed linens had an odd smell which lingered in the flat until they removed the bedding
We reached out to the owners and sent them pictures they were very responsive and apologetic"

"Terrible.
Bathroom/Shower disgusting, couldn't shower. Mirror was unusable due to dirt, water marks, damp. Mould in the shower, smelt fusty.
Dirt under beds, old yoghurt wrappers. Shouldn't be advertised for a family, if had option to stay elsewhere at last munute we would have done. "
