"Our check-in experience was disappointing due to a lack of hospitality from the receptionist (April 27, 2026 around 4pm). While we understand everyone can have an off day, professionalism is crucial—especially for guests who have traveled over two hours. A simple, warm welcome would have gone a long way in easing our travel fatigue. I hope management provides the necessary training to ensure staff are better prepared to greet guests. "

"The bed, pillows and linens are very comfortable, and shuttle was quick to pick up at airport. It’s ok that carpets are worn, etc. "

"The rooms at this hotel are excellent-- sound proofing is good, and the beds are great. Also the Indian restaurant in the hotel is phenomenal-- one of the best I've eaten at outside of India. Staff is kind and helpful. The only reason I give it 4 stars rather than 5 is that it's somewhat far from the airport (~15 minutes), and has only one shuttle, which runs on demand in the evenings rather than on a continuous loop. This means a minimum 15 minute wait for pick up from the airport. In my case it was closer to half an hour. Meanwhile some other hotels clearly had multiple shuttles or are located much closer to the airport, as their shuttles arrived 2 or even 3 times while I waited"

"Room was just ok, the problem is that the entire place is overwhelming smokey, even in the rooms. Was on the fourth floor (top) and way down the hall and room still was choking me out with smoke from casino. Clothes then smelled like smoke rest of trip. Other than that it was just ok. Lots of slots, no table games. Like the free soda. "

"The front desk staff were very kind and informative with information about shuttles, nearby restaurants, etc. Pro: there is a free shuttle from the airport and back. Unfortunately, although somewhat clean, it was outdated, and our room had a huge gap around the door frame so big you could actually see the hallway outside. I did not mention it to staff since it was a 1 night stay for a cruise, but I felt extremely uncomfortable. The "continental breakfast" was the worst I've seen. Cereal, oatmeal packages to prepare, oranges, small mini muffins, and coffee. We walked to the nearby Denny's. We will not be staying here again, although the staff were very kind. "

"Very friendly staff, unfortunately their convenient store was under stocked. Breafast was decent. But no fruit available or non pork breakfast proteins other than powder eggs and a few cold hard boiled eggs. Room was clean no complaints there. I'd stay here again."
