Apartment was very near all the sites of budapest. The only problem was finding the apartment was its sign posted as vagabond apartments and not park residence.

First of all, the apartment is NOT at the location as indicated on the website. The address listed on Expedia is actually the reception area which is 10 mins away from the actual apartment. You need to check-in at the reception and push your heavy luggage to your apartment and it takes about 10 mins. Also, the apartment is really dirty. I have to vaccum and clean the apartment myself on my arrival after flying over 20hrs of flights. At one point, I was told off by one of the reception that this is an apartment and NOT a hotel. What a good service I have never ever encountered from Europe Apartment. Trust me there are better apartment with excellence service in Budapest. Therefore, my honest and sincere advice to all travellers, DO NOT BOOK for Park Residence Apartment.

A great find

A great place and very central. A nice sized apartment. One of the bedrooms was a bit small but ok for a short stay. Very friendly and helpfull staff at the reception. We were able to leave our luggage on arrival and departure. Plenty of bars,restaurants and a couple of supermarkets near by.

Lakan saknades, vattnet rann rakt igenom vasken i köket (hade en hink under som vi fick tömma), massor av myror, bilar som tutade i omgångar under vatten pga smal gränd utanför som gjorde att de inte kunde köra förbi (detta kunde boendet inte rå för såklart). Bra läge.

Liked spaciousness of apartment. Efficient. A microwave would be perfect in kitchen. Hard to request service. Housekeeping is remote not easily accessible. If you need to change towels you have to take old ones first to front office which is not too close to apartment. They close at 10pm. Since we don’t have time in the morning and we come back late, we didn’t bother.

La atención es pésima. Los apartamentos están a unos 500 mts. del lugar en el que se realiza el checking, te dan un plano y tienes que buscarte la vida para encontrarlo. En la semana que estuvimos no hicieron ninguna limpieza. Lo único bueno es la ubicación, pues se encuentra en el centro neuralgico de la ciudad turística. Como contrapartida hay que soportar por las noches un ruido importante (a la llegada al apartamento ya te encuentras sobre la cama unos tapones para los oídos) ya que los apartamentos se encuentran en pleno centro de la movida nocturna de Budapest.
