Studio for two without Sofa

Not so good, Studio apartment, no Sofa, but two double beds (it was supposed there there will be a Sofa). I had to claim because the room was not clean and there were only one 200ml glass in the kitchen, they cleaned the room and brought me glasses, but took two days because of a key problem.

もう二度と泊まりたくありません。 予約をしてから3回も空港からの送迎は必要かと執拗に連絡があり、1度目の連絡の時に手配をお願いしたのにメッセージが来るのでその度に予約はちゃんとできているか連絡しても音沙汰ありませんでした。不信感しかない中出国してブダペストに着いた時にメッセージを確認すると、セルフチェックインになる旨がメッセージ来てました。恐らく毎日受付は空いてると書いてありますが土日はやってないと思われます。駅から近くて受付があり荷物を預けてもらえる点で選んだのにこの時点でチェックインまで2時間ほど無駄な時間ができました。 更に書かれているキーコードで何度も入室しようとしても入れないので電話してみると、書かれてるキーコードではない全然違う番号が言われました。旅慣れてない方などには特に向いていないと思います。 部屋は綺麗でしたが、電子ケルトの中はありえないからのカビでとてもじゃないけどよく放置できるなと思いました。またドライヤーがある部屋というのも選ぶポイントでしたがドライヤーはありませんでした。 とにかく対応がひどすぎるためお勧めしません。同じ建物内にレセプションがあった違うアパートにすれば良かったです。そちらは朝早い時間帯に前を通っても受付は空いていました。

Tilava hotelli keskeisellä sijainnilla

Hotellihuone oli oikein tilava. Säilytystilaa riitti erillisissä vaatehuoneissa. Lisäksi keittiössä oli kattavasti astioita ja ruoanlaittovälineitä. Ikävä kyllä huoneiston kunto oli vähän joka saralla huono. Parketissa näkyi selviä kosteusvaurioita, pistorasiat irtosivat käytettäessä. Suihkusta puuttui suihkuhanan pidike, joten hanaa oli pidettävä kädessä suihkun aikana. Yksi tuoli hajosi kappaleiksi sille istuttaessa. Muut tuolit narisivat siihen malliin, että nekin hajoaisivat, jos niitä käyttäisi. Lisäksi sänky oli teipattu kasaan ilmastointiteipillä, mutta sentään pysyi kasassa matkamme ajan. Pakastinta ei oltu ilmeisesti koskaan sulatettu, sillä sitä ei pystynyt edes sulkemaan, koska liiallinen jää esti sen. Vessan hana heilui siten, etten olisi hämmästynyt, jos se olisi irronnut käytössä. Kaiken kaikkiaan hotellin loistava sijainti takasi meille huikean reissun Budapestiin, vaikkei se aivan parhaassa kunnossa ollutkaan.

Great location, most flats are nicely done

There was a plumbing problem with the sink, the room smelled like sewage and it took two separate trips on two separate days to get it fixed. Too bad. It kind of ruined our experience in the room. They should have moved us right away or at least asked if we want to move. I stayed with them before and they were fine, not sure what happened this time.

Fin beliggenhed - 5 min gang fra Deak Ferenc ter og dermed tre metrolinier og bus 100E t/r lufthavnen. Noget gadestøj fra omliggende barer. Fin ejendom med aflukket gadedør og vagt. Lejlighed stor, rummelig og egentlig velindrettet med separat toilet og bad. Alle faciliteter og meget skabsplads. Men: en meget mørt lejlighed - delvist grundet lamper, der kun delvist var funktionsdygtige. Fin glasservice, men underligt nok manglede der et udvalg i både tallerkner og bestik. Brusehoved utæt (lappet med plaster) og køkkenvask med en vandhane, der gav vand over hele bordet (ting i småtingsafdelingen). Fine forretninger til indkøb i nærheden (Spar købmand og bager). Alt i alt: Godkendt, så hvis du ikke ønsker hotelværelse, er der her en mulighed for at få en (lidt slidt) lejlighed til samme penge.

First and last time at Senator Apartments

I had a late arrival, the night shift receptionist was drinking with friends and took 35 min or so to check us in, 20 min to find my reservation - quite reluctant to accept us (she was drunken, slow and bad tempered) Then she had me go away to draw 20000ft to pay cash the service fees (25000ft total) but it turned out that she only needed 5000 and did not see it was prepaid. She was rude and completely out of it. The room had damaged curtains and dirty carpets and marks of dismounted furnitures on the bedroom wall and smelly. Very bad experience.

Paid for a room on line thinking I had a good deal. But when I got there I found out I still had to pay more. My room came with a washing machine that did not spin. So my clothes were soaked. Went to reception was told to bring my clothes down and they would be washed and dry for me to pick up in the morning. Luckily I went down early to pick my clothes up. Was told their not finished yet come back after you go for breakfast . Came back another girl had started her shift and knew nothing. She went to have a look and came back and told me they aren't ready. Told she would call when ready. Waited 2 hours, went down and was not done. So much for checking the sites out in Budapest. Room came with aircon was mentioned when I booked. Could not find control went to reception. Was told it cost more to turn on.Rip off. Don't mention it on your site unless you tell people this. Worst run place I've stayed at ,young man just lied to my face. Do yourself a favour don't do it.

清潔だけれど工事中です

チェックインする事務所と滞在するアパートは徒歩5分ほどの所にありました。スタッフが案内してくれます。 アパートは今改装中で布でおおわれています。中庭もブロックや工事用具でいっぱい。工事現場の中に住んでいるような印象です。また、エレベーターはなく階段です。 部屋の中は広くてキッキン用具も一通り揃っていて、洗濯機もあり清潔できれいでした。6泊滞在中清掃やタオル交換なしです。 建物が布で覆われているので窓を開けることが出来ず残念でした。工事が終わればオススメの宿です。 場所はとても便利なところです。

Beware of possible unkown charges

This is an amazing location that puts you in the middle of the action. However, there were unknown fee's at check-in such as a "travelers fee", tax and i also was charged for cancelling a transportion service they provide because my plans changed within 24 hour. They did send me a message prior to arrival informing me not to cancel services within 24 hrs, but it was worded more so like a courtesy and did not state that there would be any penalties charge if i were to cancel within the specfied time frame. I paid it but was highly upset with these surprise charges. Despite this isolated issue, the place was decent amd the location was amazing.

Der følges ikke op på fejl og mangler

Lejlighederne ligger dejligt centralt så det er super nemt at komme til stort set alt. Lejligheden var slidt , bruserstang faldet ned. Ingen prop til badekar ingen tørrestativ. Vaskemaskinen lækker vand. Håndvask løs, vandhane i køkken sidder slet ikke fast i noget og mangel fuld service osv. Det var ikke så meget det der var skidt ,men personales snakken efter mund unden der blev gjort noget som helst. Vi havede bookede netop det rum pga.karbad og hver dag ville de gøre noget ved det m det skete aldrig. Da vi skulle tjekke ud stod der 3 andre lejligheder med det samme problem at der ikke bliver fuldt op på de ting der skal laves om det så er regengøring eller ting der skal fikses. Super beliggenhed man skal regne med meget larm for det er der der bliver holdt fest. Vi har haft en super dejlig ferie men værelse tilstand og det at det ikke var muligt at lave mad selv fordi der var så mangelfuld service gør at det ikke er der vi vender tilbage til så er der andre steder der ligger lige så godt hvor personalet forhåbenlig gør noget ved de fejl og mangler der evt måtte være .

La ubicación es lo único positivo. Nada más llegar observamos desperfectos en el apartamento (el frigorífico no funcionaba y había una gota en el fregadero que dificultaba el sueño). Lo comunicamos varias veces y nos lo hicieron constar por escrito. Después de cuatro noches, nos fuimos igual que llegamos...sin que hicieran NADA. Llamativo: siempre había clientes quejándose. Otro punto importante es la falta de sartenes, ni para fregar, poco papel higiénico, suciedad en las almohadas... Y una noche nos visitó en la cena una cucaracha. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Excellent location in the heart of a restaurant district but very poor staff service and supplies (only one toilet paper roll for 4 nights for 3 people). It's worth notice that the apartment was 5 minutes away walk from the check-in desk so every time we needed to go back to talk to the staff. No hand towels in the apartment and when asked in reception they said they did not have them.

Never be there again.

I have used this apartment for several years and I will never use this apartment again. As you can see, they have several apartment units including the ones in the main building where the office is located. However, they also have apartments outside this office building. That might be the reason why the comments from the customers are opposite. I have several pictures of this unit. It is horrible to stay such a place with 4 star marked and 90 Euros per day including the cleaning fee. It is not maintained on a regular basis and the furniture and electronics were not usable. Half of the double bed was tilted downwards. Anyway, I tried to take a shower but I found no towels. On the day to check out, I could not take a shower since there is no hot water. The place I stayed can be rated maximum 2 stars and the cost should be less than 30 Euros. To charge people same amount of money regardless of the quality of different places is a kind of cheating. Do not reserve the Senator apartment. You can be another victim.
