"Great staff. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling and they moved me to an upgraded room free of charge. Only caveat is the outside noise. The hotel is located where two uphill roads meet, so all the buses, trucks and motorcycles are very load because they're going uphill in 1st and 2nd gear. Can't really blame the hotel for that, but it can get really annoying. Other than that, the hotel good is great; free Netflix, supermarket right across the road, and walking distance to metro."

"La ropa de cama y toallas no es lo que uno diría impecable. Se veía que había que reemplazarlas. Las habitaciones sumamente pequeñas y el baño muy pequeño. En el vestíbulo no hay ningún tipo de detalle para los huéspedes, como jarras de agua fresca saborizada y en la noche un cafecito o te en recepción. No son los lujos pero si los detalles los que hacen que uno desee regresar. Las ventanas de cristal de las habitaciones demandan un poco de limpieza. Llevamos mas de 10 años visitando...

"This hotel was so gorgeous. The pool, lobby, breakfast bar, restaurant , rooftop bar and Jacuzzi were magnificent. My only issue is that I couldn’t really enjoy the view from my room because the outside of my window wasn’t the cleanest, but I would definitely recommend this place and I would definitely look forward to staying there again. Especially because the staff was so friendly and accommodating."

"Wonderful stay! The staff checked in with me daily and asked permission to clean up before they moved any of my things or straightened up the room. They do have a car service that can come get you from the airport and that was extremely helpful just to ensure I safely arrived. This was my first time solo traveling and they were the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! They carried every bag and greeted me every single time I walked in or out. Super friendly, super clean, and super helpful!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Somos Bold and are so grateful to the entire team for making our trip feel extra special.
We’re traveling through Colombia and Peru and staying at quite a few different hotels, and Somos Bold was one of only two hotels out of around ten that did something special for us for our engagement trip. We really appreciated the thoughtful gesture and felt very lucky to be upgraded to such a beautiful, spacious room.
The room was large and comfortable, with great hot water...

"Very clean and professional hotel with a very helpful staff. The gym was a letdown as it only had a couple of weights along with 2 cardio machines. The fridge was half full with the hotels snacks and drinks that they would of charged me if I consumed any of them which took up most of the space so I had a hard time putting my personal drinks in there. The location of the hotel is close to so many things that are walking distance which was a plus. I would definitely recommend this lodging to my...
