First hotel I ever stayed at that had a door to the bedroom The pillows were extremely comfortable I would like to purchase them for myself Their breakfast area was excellent. Lots of seating and a great variety of offerings especially for children. The only thing missing was a waffle maker I had gone down there before my wife by a few minutes. "If you just need a place to sleep and leave then it’s fine. But it’s dirty and needs major renovations. Staff while friendly was missing and not on property at check in. They don’t have an Expedia computer so they have to call to confirm your renovation. Wouldn’t recommend unless you just need someplace to sleep. It’s in a good area though. Mall is next door"

"I arrived at 10:45 PM with a confirmed reservation. The person at the front desk was counting coins and, when I greeted him and mentioned my reservation, he interrupted me and indicated (with gestures) that I had to wait until 11:00 PM. I waited and returned at 11:05 PM. He assisted me reluctantly, shaking his head and murmuring. After going to my room, I realized the key hadn’t been activated.
